Lapband Update Week 2

 

Well, its week two after I stopped doing my daily updates and it has been so busy. I did not even have time to do this in the middle of the week. I hope you guys are doing ok. It has defiantly been a journey that I do not regret taking. I will see you next week ByE for now.

  1. try soft foods in the am, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal. are u counting you nutriton intake daily? take care.
